I am here to share with you my best kept secrets. I have traveled the world and invested thousands of hours of training and exploring the subjects I love the most.

My teaching method is a fun loving experience that unconsciously implants the knowledge into the everyday reality of training.

It is NOT a traditional teaching method as it installs similarly to a computer program a “software” into our subconscious minds, resulting in helping us achieve our goals fast. It allows us to be human i.e. to laugh and be skeptical at the same time and why not to even joke and learn from the whole process.! To put it simply it gives you the tools to become the best you can be by using your individuality.

I have been giving massage to old pension homes in Thailand

I am the founder of Athens Massage and Yoga Academy,  in Greece and co founder of  London Entrepreneurial School, a London based startup company, currently in the Accreditation  process.
I am recognized as Accredited Teacher of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy by the American Board of Hypnotherapy.
I m giving workshops related to personal change including firewalking, glass walking and other activities.
I’m the founder Charisma Massage™ and currently all the necessary legal procedures are in progress for official  recognition on this new massage modality.

I LOVE CHANGE and I love the challenge to be provocative towards myself and others in order to change my perspective and therefore my point of view and also do change-work using Hypnosis, Neurolinguistic Programming and strategies and techniques I have developed to get the job done fast..

Having been a heavy smoker myself I enjoy to the point of insanity changing habits like this or resolve issues like body weight, restrictive beliefs or phobias or anything else that belongs or should belong to the past and destroys your present.

Yes, I have studied Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy in USA, India and UK and I am a multi-certified Master Hypnotist & Hypnotherapist, recognized by the state of California in USA and by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council in UK. I am a member of the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners in USA as well as of the General Hypnotherapy Register in UK. As a Licensed Hypnotherapy Instructor, I am a member of the American Board of Hypnotherapy.

Having been a certified Master practitioner of NLP, I am recognized by the American Board of NLP (ABNLP) and as an NLP trainer I am recognized by the Indian Professional Association of NLP (IPANLP). I’m also trained in the new code of NLP as endorsed by the co-creator of NLP, John Grinder.I am certified Hypnobirthing teacher and passionate to promote the pain free natural birth and other applications of Pain control.

Well, this is not how my path started, I hold a BA in Business Administration; degree in Journalism and have had Internet studies in USA at the time Internet was an unknown word so there is another passion here I can’t hide.
As part of my personal change I m now closing Net Force Ltd in Greece, a company that has been offering Internet Services for approximately 27 years ! and ‘m behind several successful internet projects. I design customized internet based applications; software & dynamic websites and I’m very familiar with hundreds of types of software 🙂

At 2012 I was invited as a guest speaker at Middlesex University during the Social Media Week to share my point of view to postgraduate students.

I am a REIKI MASTER & TEACHER of Terra Mai System.
I have a recognized Meditation teaching Diploma
I am a trained teacher of Hatha Yoga.
I have studied Sexological Bodywork in USA, I’m recognized by the State of California to teach or practice in the field of solving issues of sexual nature and I am a member of the International Association of Sexological Bodyworkers (USA).
I have been learning Tantra in Spain, Italy, Czech Republic, Greece and India and I have facilitated workshops of such content.
I had teacher’s training in London (PTLLS).
I hold Level 3 In Anatomy and Physiology having studied at the LSBM.
It’s hard for me to stop expressing my interest and stop taking courses for shorter or longer periods in diverse topics such as photography, theater, marketing, psychology, meditation, relaxation techniques, mind Control, time management, International Negotiations, coaching and others.
I have been practicing for years Greco-Romana wrestling, Shotokan Karate & Shaolin Kempo.
I have taken First Aid Courses at Red Cross in Athens and at St Mary’s University in London, and have been a social work volunteer in Greek prisons and Red Cross first aid unit in Athens.
I speak fluently English and Greek and less fluently Italian, French, and German.
