I called and asked for a hard massage. Nick said, "it will be my pleasure to torture you". Just perfect, it's what I got!

He was accurate, in terms of pressure points, which, to me, is a good measure ; he knew what he was doing to my body. The results were therapeutic,especially after a few visits. I highly recommend this place

Before we started, we discussed where problem areas might be on our bodies and it was made very clear that with deep tissue, there would be a certain level of discomfort whilst they worked the knots out. Totally worth it. My therapist had an incredibly positive energy, and really managed any discomfort levels, and as somebody who sews for a living, the work she did on my back and neck has given me a new lease of life! The owner, Nick, even messaged us a day after to remind us that we might still feel a bit sore but that it was normal.
