| Το μασάζ στις μέρες μας είναι ΔΙΚΑΙΟΛΟΓΗΜΕΝΑ μια παρεξηγημένη έννοια γιατί συχνά ασκείται - φανερά ή κρυφά - από κυρίες που εκδίδονται
χρησιμοποιώντας τη λέξη μασάζ για τις αγγελίες τους στις δημοφιλέστερες
ελληνικές εφημερίδες, που “κλείνουν τα μάτια” σε πληρωμένες
καταχωρήσεις. Ασκείται επίσης από όσους πιστεύουν πως έχουν το
“κληρονομικό χάρισμα”, καθώς και από όσους δεν έχουν άλλο τρόπο για να
επιβιώσουν ! Αυτό μπορεί να γίνει καταστροφικό καθόσον με το μασάζ θα
μπορούσαμε όχι μόνο να ωφελήσουμε τον δέκτη αλλά και να τον βλάψουμε
σοβαρά. |

- Διδάσκω και δίνω συνεδρίες μασάζ στην Ελλάδα και στο εξωτερικό.

Contraindications
Thai massage is safe when performed with adequate knowledge of the recipient’s physical condition. There are cases you should avoid giving or receiving Thai massage. !Read more
What to bring with you
You need a uniform that doesn’t restrict body movements and a t-shirt or jumper. Bring a pen and paper so as to take notes. You will be given a workbook with all techniques in pictures. The course is given 100% clothes on. We don’t use oil.

Students practice in pairs using palm press, finger press, elbow press and other ways & includes several stretching techniques. Course description: Whole Body Massage: 151 positions
For learners who wish to acquire original Thai Massage skills for personal benefit and to lay strong foundations for further study at higher levels. Students learn hands-on techniques to relieve tension, fatigue, stimulate circulation, and restore vitality in the entire body through Thai massage pressure points. A brief background of Thai massage ethics and Sensib theory will be discussed.

Course description: Wholeness, Fluid Movement & Massage Timing
This course is for student seeking to obtain confidence and strengthen the techniques learned from Foundation of Thai Massage. Teacher assists student to obtain the right speed of massage 151 positions from Level I. Student will learn additional 18 variation techniques in order to make a different pressure effects. Course description: Treating Ailments Through Pressure Points & Herbal Pack
For advanced hands-on skills in ancient pressure-point massage to relieve common ailments, demonstration of how to apply Thai Massage to special need people i.e. sick person, elderly or a child. Actual making of herbal packs from fresh herbs and the application technique to relieve discomfort and restore energy. Discussion on Thai massage professional ethics.

It was an unforgetable day. At the 22nd of March we celebrated the first Thai massage graduates of the Athens Mssage & Yoga Academy.
We were very happy to welcome the Counselor of the Greek Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand Mr Vasillios Petromichelis who presented the diplomas to our students, after a short speech about Thailand.
The opinion of our students is presented when here and we will soon translate it in Enlglish as currently is in Greek.
